Salary Solutions Limited first began life as the Payroll Bureau of Gibson Booth Chartered Accountants. In April 2003 the practice decided to expand the business beyond the existing client list and extend the range of services. The bureau was re-branded and Salary Solutions Limited was born.

Marie Rusling

Marie joined Gibson Booth in 1973 and has designed a user friendly payroll service. Marie has practical hands on experience with all types of weekly, fortnightly, monthly and lunar pay periods. Over the years she has dealt with many different industries including; Construction, Leisure, Retail, Professional Services, Transport, Manufacturing and numerous others. Marie’s approach to providing the payroll service is down to earth, friendly and efficient. This style of service has succeeded in growing from a single client to over 125 clients currently.

Lisa Gomersall

Lisa joined Gibson Booth, Salary Solutions' parent company in January 2005, working within the Payroll Bureau alongside Marie. She has gained a vast knowledge of payroll matters within this time and in September 2006 commenced working towards a Diploma in Payroll Management through the IPP (The Institute of Payroll Professionals) a highly recognised awarding body within the payroll industry. Prior to this Lisa has worked for various organisations within different industries and gained a wealth of experience in both payroll and accounts. Lisa is a qualified Accounting Technician (AAT) and holds a HND in Business and Personnel, enabling her to bring a wide variety of skills to Salary Solutions.
